Looking for AR callers with 6 month plus relevant experience in AR calling RCM, US healthcare.
Strong Denial Management Understanding
Knowledge of at least 5-8 Payors
Able to do a basic research before making a call
Responsibilities
-Initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting status of claims for the outstanding balances on patient accounts and taking appropriate actions.
-Manage AR accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
- Must have excellent Communication Skills.
