Managing Director and Co-founder
Richa Shiromani
Richa is a vibrant, vivacious personality with a big presence! She’s worn different hats during her lifetime, from an Avid Traveler to an Artist to a Corporate Manager, from a daughter to a mother to a wife, sister and best friend she has given her best in all her roles! But she believes that learning never ends so after working with multiple MNC’s in senior managerial roles in project management, she took up a new entrepreneurial journey launching Equavantage alongside her sister/best friend – Shreya.
She has over two decades of experience spread over various verticals in multiple countries like USA and Australia and hopes that her varied experience and connections help her touch new heights in her new endeavor
Starting her company off with recruitment she plans to grow it into spaces which have been lacking diversity.
Richa is in her free time a part-time self taught artist. She dabbles in oils, glass and various other mediums. She is additionally a full time mom and a full time dreamer. She dreams of travelling and planning adventures with her 12 year old daughter and her much loved four legged fluffy baby. She envisions of a world where its safe for women to travel solo and where women are able to rediscover their core and live not only for their families but also for themselves!

Shreya Shiromani
Shreya has a quietly powerful presence. She is an academic at heart and loves to write and teach. She has had a long career as an academic advisor. Reading is her passion and you will hardly ever see her anywhere without her book …or shall we say kindle now!
True to her nurturing nature, she’s a manager who leads with her heart. Anything she does, is done with passion and perfection, or it is not done at all!
Starting her company off with recruitment she also heads Equavantage’s training division. Teaching has always been her passion because of her penchant for talking and she is a firm believer in having a growth mindset and she heartily prescribes to the concept of lifelong learning.
Shreya is a magician in the kitchen as well as in the life of her 12 year old niece who’s life is simply full of fairy dust (or at least lots of delicious food) when Shreya is around.
Work does not seem like work to her team when she’s there and that is her secret recipe to success!
Associate Vice President – Training
Komal Kedia
Komal comes with several years of experience in training and content coordination. She is well-known in her inner circle for her ability to speak without applying brakes. She is extremely expressive and speaks her heart without shying away from her thoughts. So much so that her teenage children often characterise her as a preacher for giving them sermons consistently.
Komal is passionate about helping people which makes her an excellent trainer. She is able to connect with her trainees at a level that really resonates with them. She is ready to take on the corporate training world by storm by putting her exemplary communication skills to use.
The Equavantage team is enhanced by her presence and Komal brings the kind of energy and vibe which is much needed in workplaces especially in these times of stress and uncertainty!
Operations Manager
Sheela Jaiswal
Sheela is a passionate person with an absolute ‘Can Do’ Attitude! She manages the day to day operations of the recruitment division in addition to keeping all the clients happy in the knowledge that their business is in good hands.
In a world where people lose focus and lose steam under stress, Sheela powers on like a Electric engine! As a mother of a teenage son she is a naturally encouraging and inspiring manager who focuses not only on results but also the well being of her team.
Along with being an awesome mom she’s a wife, a sister and a daughter, but above all she’s an incredible human being who doesn’t believe in glass ceilings or limitations!

Renu Saxena
Renu comes with a long career in advertising and corporates. She is a spirited young mother who has not let motherhood stand in the way of her professional growth! She is a multitasker who juggles her young family perfectly with her work life.
She is the kind of personality that leaves a lasting impression on people and this amazing ability has helped her build her vast network which is the key to her success as a Business Development Manager.

An experienced Talent Acquisition specialist, Prerna is highly driven and passionate individual who has an extensive experience in identifying, sourcing, and securing top talent for a range of clients across various industries. With over 4 years of work experience in corporates & 1 and half years in recruitment and HR, she has a deep understanding of hiring practices and has a proven track record of successful placements.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, she is also a professional choreographer with over 10 years of experience of working on several dance projects and she has choreographed for numerous shows. Prerna is also a fitness enthusiast and an advocate of healthy living. She believes that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is crucial to achieving personal and professional success.
Living up to the meaning of her own name Prerna continually strives to inspire her team to be the best version of themselves.

Nutan Bodade
Nutan is an enthusiastic recruiter with a hunger to grow and learn. Working full time while capably and lovingly raising her 2-year-old son Nutan sets an example to all the new mothers that there is no wrong timing to restart your own career. Nutan also loves travelling and is a foodie and she is always eager to try something new.
Although Nutan is still learning the ropes of the fast-paced recruiting industry, she has been an excellent and very successful addition to the growing Equavantage team. Being a people’s person Nutan is bright and vivacious and is able to develop an instant connect with her candidates. With this newfound confidence she sets foot in the recruiting industry to leave a footprint of her own.

Although life in the recruitment business is no holiday, Praisey is newly married and lives an idyllic life in coastal Andhra surrounded by breathtaking beaches.

Our Official Stress buster is a gorgeous bubbly and super energetic almost 4 year old Silver Passion Retriever whose key responsibility is to spread paw-sitivity.
She keeps the work day from becoming ‘ruff’ and stressful by bounding around with a toy in her mouth and a super fast wagging tail keeping her colleagues in a pawsome mood.
Gini is often sporting the biggest, brightest smile and she has the waggiest tail in the whole world!
