Responsibilities
Manager role for a reputed MNC. Candidate must have experience in US healthcare and have a current span of control of around 150 FTEs
Qualifications
Total exp required : 8 -10 years total -out of which minimum 4-5 years as a manager- MUST have current span of control of 150 FTE’s
Candidate must have experience in US healthcare - Payor/Revenue cycle management.
Candidate with Six Sigma Certification and PMP would also be preferred
Must have knowledge of ERISA/HIPAA/State mandates and awareness of ISO, ISMS
