Required:
Must possess a Graduate degree. Life sciences degree
would be an added advantage
US Healthcare RCM Provider/Lab/DME Exp of atleast 5-10 years
Must have managed a team of about 10+ QAs
Demonstrated extensive knowledge of 7 QC tools
Employment stability in previous organizations
Client & CRM interfacing experience
Communication finesse as this would be a client facing
role
Desirable:
Six Sigma Green belt trained / certified
Medical Coding certification would be a plus

Knowledge:
 Team handling skills is a mandate.
Skills:
 Knowledge of basic necessary computer
applications.

 Have a service mindset towards Internal customers
 Have a positive attitude.
 Demonstrate continual improvement
 Able to handle challenging tasks and meet crucial
